We provide consistent hours based on case stability with the option to take on fill-in cases as needed. * Available shifts: * Monday thru Friday 7a-3p (could change slightly) * 7 nights/week 11p-7a (flexible) What You’ll Do: * Provide one-on-one home health nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes following an individualized home health plan of care * Work closely with families and case managers to ensure the highest level of pediatric home health care. * Deliver home health nursing interventions that match your skill level and comfort.
