Benda Infotech is excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry-Level Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin their careers in investment analysis, financial markets, and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will support investment research, financial modeling, and market analysis to help drive informed business and investment decisions. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to real-world financial strategies. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 – $95,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on financial markets, industries, and investment opportunities
• Assist in building financial models and valuation analyses
• Analyze financial statements and performance metrics
• Support portfolio analysis and investment decision-making processes
• Prepare reports, presentations, and investment summaries
• Monitor market trends, economic data, and company performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Basic understanding of financial markets, investments, and valuation concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, financial analysis, data handling)
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Internship or academic project experience in investment analysis or finance
• Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
• Exposure to tools such as Excel Advanced, Power BI, or Tableau
• Understanding of financial statements and capital markets
• Progress toward certifications such as CFA (Level 1 candidate is a plus)
