Your Benefits Package

• Salary: $125,000+ (based on experience), plus ProSal incentives (20% services, 8% medications)
• Work Schedule: 4-day workweek (no weekends)
• Health Coverage: Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)

• Continuing Education: CE allowance provided

Our Ideal Candidate 
We're excited to welcome an associate who:

• Holds a DVM degree and is licensed (or eligible) in Wisconsin.
• Brings at least 1-2 years of general practice experience (comfortable independently managing medical and surgical cases) preferred; open to mentoring a passionate new grad
• Possesses excellent communication skills, collaborates well with the team, and enjoys a fast-paced, efficient work environment.
• Has a strong interest or experience in holistic/alternative medicine (certifications in acupuncture or chiropractic are highly desirable).
• Embraces continual learning, personal growth, and team collaboration.
