From helping with everyday tasks like cooking or personal care, to going on beach trips, holidays, and even theme park days – no two days are the same. About You Completed Care Certificate or NVQ or equivalent experience Experience of leadership within a residential home setting Working Hours 2 week rolling rota Early shift: 07:00 AM – 15:00 PM Late shifts either: 14:00 PM – 21:00 PM or 15:00 PM – 22:00 PM You will work every other weekend and some bank holidays Infrequent standby sleep ins One 14 hour shift **The advertised salary is based on a full‑time contract in which you are expected to work every other weekend.
