Black Bear Talent is seeking detail oriented Sewing Machine Operators responsible for producing quality garments while meeting production goals. You will operates industrial sewing machines, follows specifications, and ensures finished products meet company standards. The successful candidate support's team productivity, and adheres to safety guidelines in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment to construct garments
• Follow patterns, work instructions, and production specifications
• Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding workflow or issues
• Handle various fabrics and sewing techniques based on production needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred
• Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Familiarity with different fabric types, threads, and materials
• Ability to work in a fast paced production or warehouse environment
• Good hand eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
