What is the opportunity?
The Senior Consultant, Leadership Development is responsible for the development, implementation and support of strategies and initiatives related to the development of PCG field leaders.
This position is responsible for development and coaching of PCG field leaders. This includes certain ongoing developmental coaching, scenario planning, and targeted events. This position will collaborate across the organization and with various departments and leadership teams to ensure training and development efforts are properly focused and targeted to aid our field leaders in achieving their goals. This position will collaborate with USWM and Enterprise learning leaders to ensure consistent messaging and strategy across audiences, as appropriate, and to maximize use of resources and thought leadership.
What will you do?
Field leadership coaching and development – approximate time 50%
Strategy and specialty programs – approximate time 40%
Collaborate with and support leadership programs across USWM and Enterprise – approximate time 5%
Contribute team expertise to the field, department and firm – approximate time 5%

The expected salary range for this particular position is $90,000-$160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
