We are actively hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for direct care roles across skilled nursing, psychiatric, developmental, and correctional healthcare settings throughout Pennsylvania. These are 13‑week contract assignments with guaranteed 40 hours per week , consistent schedules, and fast offer turnaround.

Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Shift Length: 8‑hour shifts
• Regular Rate: $20.00/hour
• Overtime Rate: $50.00/hour
• Weekly Gross Pay: $2,046
• Taxable Wages: $800/week
• Non‑Taxable Stipends: $1,246/week

• Shift: Night Shift – 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Role: RN Direct Care (LTC)

South Mountain, PA

• Setting: Psychiatric / Behavioral Health
• Shifts Available:
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Role: RN Direct Care (Psych)

Selinsgrove, PA

• Setting: Psychiatric / Developmental (ODP)
• Shifts Available:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Night Shift: 10:15 PM – 6:15 AM
• Role: RN Direct Care (Psych / Developmental)

Loysville, PA

• Setting: Juvenile Justice / Correctional Healthcare
• Shifts Available:
• Evening Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
• (Weekdays: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM; occasional weekends/holidays: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM)
• Rotating Day/Evening:
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM / 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Role: RN Direct Care (Corrections)

Role Overview

RNs will provide direct patient/resident/inmate care in structured, regulated healthcare environments. Responsibilities include:

• Medication administration and treatment delivery
• Monitoring and documenting patient condition
• Responding to behavioral or medical changes
• Supporting interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Adhering to state regulations and nursing standards

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (psych, LTC, correctional, or acute care preferred)
• Ability to work onsite in structured environments
• CPR/BLS required
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and health clearances
