Regional Store Manager – Miami Region (The Salty Donut)

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 + Quarterly Bonus

The Role

We’re looking for a Regional Store Manager to lead multiple Miami‑area locations and elevate every aspect of store performance—from people to product to guest experience. You’ll coach and develop Store Managers and Executive Pastry Chefs, ensure operational excellence, and uphold The Salty’s core values across your region.

This role is perfect for a high‑energy, multi‑unit leader who thrives in the field, builds strong teams, and knows how to drive results while keeping culture at the center.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and Executive Pastry Chefs.
  • Build strong internal succession plans and a deep bench of future leaders.
  • Ensure consistent execution of The Salty’s standards in hospitality, product quality, and store operations.
  • Conduct regular in‑store visits to assess performance, cleanliness, product quality, and team engagement.
  • Drive top‑line sales, productivity, and P&L performance across all locations.
  • Oversee forecasting, scheduling, payroll review, and operational compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, COGS, and production planning.
  • Ensure accuracy and usage of systems including Toast, Zenput, Asana, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Front.
  • Maintain all required licenses and permits for your region.
  • Support coffee program quality and beverage cost management.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, fun‑loving culture that reflects The Salty’s values.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of F&B leadership experience, including 2+ years in multi‑unit management.
  • Strong communicator who connects authentically and drives results through people.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and skilled at prioritizing in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Proven experience managing P&L, labor, COGS, and operational KPIs.
  • Knowledge of restaurant regulatory requirements (food safety, employee safety).
  • Ability to travel frequently between Miami‑area stores (up to 75%).
  • High‑energy, humble, service‑focused leader with a passion for The Salty’s mission.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
