We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across large-scale, enterprise-level programs. This role involves leading QA strategy, managing testing efforts, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects and vendors in a complex environment.

• Lead QA efforts for enterprise-wide initiatives and multiple workstreams
• Develop and implement QA strategies, standards, and test frameworks
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking processes
• Lead and mentor QA teams while actively participating in testing activities
• Oversee vendor testing and ensure alignment with program standards
• Manage QA schedules, risks, dependencies, and release readiness
• Perform manual, regression, functional, and integration testing
• Track QA metrics such as defect density, coverage, and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, business analysts, and program teams
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and release governance

• 10+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles
• Experience working in multi-vendor / multi-system integration environments
• Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing
• Strong experience in test strategy, planning, and QA metrics
• Experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or HP ALM
• Experience working in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies
• Exposure to cloud-based SaaS implementations

• Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments
• Exposure to transportation or transit systems (fare collection, asset management, analytics)
• Knowledge of performance testing, test data management, and vendor validation
• Familiarity with automation frameworks/tools
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or QA-related certifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance leadership and hands-on testing
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
