Maintenance Manager

Location: Wisconsin Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day Shift Industry: Food Manufacturing

Position Overview

A well-established, multi-generation food manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fully automated facility . This role oversees all equipment and facility maintenance while managing a team of four Maintenance Technicians and partnering closely with plant leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs
* Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and repair of production and facility equipment
* Manage maintenance and capital project budgets
* Supervise, train, and develop maintenance technicians
* Maintain accurate records to ensure GMP and FSMA compliance
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with Plant Manager and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

* Maintenance leadership experience in food or beverage manufacturing
* Strong background in automated production equipment
* Knowledge of GMP, FSMA, and food safety standards
* Experience with capital projects and budget management
* Proven leadership and team development skills
