Position Overview

We are actively seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents who are passionate about helping clients navigate the complex healthcare landscape and secure the right coverage.

This role is ideal for agents who want to:

• Focus on private health insurance & supplemental solutions
• Build a long-term, referral-driven book of business

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on private health insurance options , including:
  • Major medical plans
  • Short-term medical coverage
  • Supplemental health products
  • Dental, vision, and critical illness plans
• Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend personalized coverage
• Present solutions in a clear, simple, and client-first manner
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and referrals
• Stay up to date on healthcare trends, plan options, and compliance requirements
• Deliver a high level of service aligned with the company’s education-first philosophy

Who You Are

• Currently licensed Health Insurance Agent (REQUIRED)

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Passionate about helping people make informed financial and healthcare decisions
