This position is primarily based out of the Morristown, NJ office and offers hybrid work flexibility following the training period.

This position reports to the VP Deputy Officer of Internal Audit, providing comprehensive training and hands-on experience in a highly collaborative environment that values precision, integrity, and continuous learning.

What You'll Learn & Do As an entry-level Internal Auditor, you'll gain essential audit skills by working directly with experienced auditors and cross-departmental teams. Training includes:

  • Assessing internal controls, risk management practices, and key processes
  • Conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits
  • Developing testing procedures, documenting findings, and presenting improvement strategies
  • Supporting remediation efforts and contributing to process enhancement

Who We're Looking For We're seeking detail-oriented, motivated candidates who are eager to grow in a dynamic, professional setting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business required
  • One or two internships—or up to one year of experience—in auditing, accounting, or financial services preferred
  • Strong analytical and writing skills
  • Prior exposure to banking or financial services preferred

Compensation & Benefits Anticipated salary for this role will begin at $70,000, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and headquarter location.
