Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 8 12 years of experience,
including hands-on expertise in SmartCOMM and exposure to CGI environments. The role
involves data analysis, customer communication generation, and supporting governance
activities to ensure accurate and compliant business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business and operational decision-
making
Utilize SmartCOMM for document composition and generation of customer
communications
Draft, review, and validate customer-facing letters and templates ensuring clarity and
compliance
Collaborate with CGI-based systems and processes for data management and reporting
Support project governance activities including reporting, tracking, and stakeholder
communication
Ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver
effective solutions
Key Skills & Qualifications:
8 12 years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM (mandatory)
Exposure to CGI environments or processes
Strong documentation and business communication skills
Experience in drafting customer communications (letters/templates)
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BFSI or similar domain
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or reporting tools
