Job Description

Ops is a natural wine and pizza restaurant with two locations, one in East Village and one in Bushwick. We put care and intention into everything we serve and how we serve it, and we always strive to be a place where everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

We are currently looking for full or part-time line/pizza cooks at both locations. In this position you will learn every aspect of what we do, including baking bread and making pizza, and prepping ingredients for all of our dishes. Schedule is generally flexible, but weekend availability is a must.

Pizza experience is not required. Dough or sourdough experience is a plus, but not a necessity. We believe anything can be trained for someone with the right attitude, basic kitchen skill set, and a continuous learning mindset.

Candidate must possess all necessary skills required for high volume food preparation
Must have basic knife skills
Must be able to follow a recipe
Must be professional, cleanly and be able to work in a team
Must be punctual and reliable
Minimum 1 year kitchen experience
